HOLY PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS 1=2. VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH. PRODUCT OF BUDDHA Homage to the Blessed One, the Arahant, the All-Knowing One! I. QUALITY OF BUDDHA A. COMPLETE ENLIGHTENMENT BUDDHA CHRONICLES While the Tathagata was staying at Jetavana, the wise man of Videha bent down and asked him: "Venerable sir , it is said that there are so-called All-Knowing Buddhas, and they are accomplished as for what reasons? ” At that time, the Great Hermit, the noble All-Knowing One, said to the sage Ānanda in a sweet tone: " Those whose actions are directed upwards have been performed towards the Buddhas of the past, (but) there is unattained liberation in the Conqueror's Dharmas. It is by virtue of that first factor in the dignity of enlightenment, and at the same time by determination, by great power, and by the power of wisdom, that wise men of infinitely sharp wisdom become Toan Tri's achievements . The Dharma Kings are (innumerable) uncountable . I also made the vow of the enlightened being in the past buddhas, and have been accomplished even through mind alone. Now, with a pure mind, listen to the records of the Omniscient Buddhas : The Dharma Kings who have completed thirty perfect dharmas are (countless) uncountable.[2] I have reverently clasped my ten fingers to my head to pay homage to the Perfectly Enlightened dignity of the Supreme Buddhas, (to) the World Leaders, and to the Assemblies (Sravakas).[3] As far as innumerable treasures are found in the heavens and on the earth in the regions of the buddhas (in the ten thousand worlds),[4] I have brought them all (those treasures) with mind (attention). In that place, on the silver earth, I manifested into a castle made of jewels, with many floors, whose height reached into the air. (castle) whose pillars are embellished, well executed, well distributed, of great value, with joints made of gold, adorned with salutation gates and parasols. The first floor is made of beautiful jade like the sky without filth. On the noble golden floor there is a lotus pond with crowded lotus flowers. There is a floor made of coral with the color of coral, there is a beautiful red floor, there is a floor with ant-colored lights illuminating all directions. There was a well-distributed vestibule, with pointed minarets, with lion-shaped doors, with four hedges pleasing to the eye with networks of fragrant wreaths. There are noble pointed roofs of blue, yellow, red, white, and pure black adorned with seven kinds of jewels. There is a facade in the upper part radiant with lotus flowers with (images) of wild animals and birds, spread out with constellations and stars, adorned with moon and sun. . (The upper floors) are covered by a golden net with golden rattles. The enchanting golden garlands resonate with the force of the wind. There are rows of well-dyed pennants with different colors of burgundy, red, yellow, and pink, erected. Adorned with a variety of beds lined with smooth Kasi linens, there are hundreds of beds made of crystalline, silver, jasper, rubies, and bronze. similar gems. There are yellow fur blankets made in Dukūla, China, and Pattuṇṇa. With my mind, I have arranged all (the beds) with sheets of all kinds. On all floors, there were people standing at attention holding torches made of red manicurane decorated with jewels at the tip. The upright pillars (at the gate), the beautiful greeting gates made of gold (mined from the river) Jambu, made of wood core ( khira tree ), and also made of silver, (all) shining . There are many well-arranged adjoining compartments, adorned with doors and latches. Both sides (of the castle) have many pots filled with red and blue lotuses. I have manifested all the Buddhas of the past as World Leaders and the Congregation with the Sravakas in their natural form. The Buddhas and the Sravakas, after entering through that door, sat down in seats all made of gold, (forming) a group of Saints. And there are those who at this time are the unsurpassed Buddhas in the world. (Buddhas) past and present, all of you have entered the castle. Hundreds of Paccekabuddhas, the Autonomous Ones, the unyielding beings of the past and present, all of them have stepped onto the castle. There are many Tathagata trees of heaven and of men, (from them) I have brought all the cloth and have put on three robes (them). I filled the beautiful bowls made of jade mani with hard and soft foods worthy of enjoyment, had enough water to drink and food, and made offerings (to them). 29. All of them, the group of saints, are equal in terms of the celestial eye (and) attached to the white robe. Satisfied with (My) supreme food consisting of honey, raw sugar, even cooking oil, and molasses, (they) entered the room made of jewels like the dwelling lions. in the cave. They lay down in the lion's pose on the very valuable bed, awakened, then sat up and folded into the full lotus position on the bed, absorbed in the delights of meditation is the abode of all the Buddhas. Others preach the Dharma, others amuse themselves with supernormal powers, some have developed the power of the supernormal knowledge, direct their mind to the superpowers, thousands of others manifest changes in their lives. spiritualization. The Buddhas also questioned the Buddhas on the subject related to the realm of the Omniscient Ones. Through wisdom, they are thoroughly enlightened about things in a profound and perfect way. The Sravakas question the Buddhas, the Buddhas question the Sravakas. They question each other and answer each other. The Fully Enlightened Buddhas, the Paccekabuddhas, the Sravakas, and the faithful, they delight in the castle according to their own pleasure thus: ' May the jeweled parasols with golden garlands and latticework of pearls be preserved, may they all remain on the crown of (mine) 's head .' ' May the cloth canopy adorned with golden stars (and) the canopy adorned with garlands appear, may all remain on the crown of (mine) . ' (The castle with the lake) was stretched with garlands and chains of cotton, radiant with fragrant flower chains, rimmed with chains of cloth, adorned with chains of jewels. (The lake) is adorned with crowded flowers, emanating a sweet fragrance, represented by the five fragrances combined, covered with a golden veil. ' May the four sides of the lake manifest a dazzling golden color with the pink and blue lotuses exposed, with the pollen dusts of the lotus flowers emanating. ' ' May all the trees around the castle bloom. ' And the flowers released themselves, came, and scattered the castle. ' May the peacocks in that place dance, the swans chirping, the old calves and the flocks of birds around sing .' ' May all the drums sound, all the lutes play music. May all recitations be conducted around the castle .' 44. ' May the colossal golden armchairs, full of radiance, undamaged, made of jewels, endure from world to world to the realm of the Buddhas. May those lamps shine brightly. May the ten thousand (world) system become (as bright as) a lamp .' ' May the beautiful women, including the dancers, the beauties dance. May various performances be displayed around the castle .' (At that time) I set up the banner at the top of the tree, at the top of the mountain, at the top of Mount Sineru; all (the flags are) embellished, five colors. ' May the humans, the dragons, the gandharvas, and all these gods come to .' They have gathered around the castle, clasped hands to worship. ' Whatever good kamma is required to be reborn in heaven has been well done by me in body, speech, and mind . There are sentient beings who are perceptive and there are sentient beings who are not, may all of them enjoy my share in the merits and virtues that have been accomplished . My meritorious fruit has been realized, known for sure, and has been distributed to them, and those who do not know about it, the gods have come and announced it . Beings who (live) on food live in all the worlds, by my power may all receive food according to their wishes .' The offering was made by me with my mind, I made the castle manifest with my mind. All the Fully Enlightened Buddhas, Paccekabuddhas, and Sravakas of the Conquerors were offered. Because that kamma was done well and due to the aspirational forces of volition, after renouncing the human body, I went to the Taoist heaven. I know two realms of rebirth, in the essence of God and human, I do not know the other realms; this is the fruit of aspiration with the mind. (If born in heaven) I am superior to the gods, (if born as a human) I am the ruler of mankind, I have all the appearances in terms of form, in the realm of existence there is no one to compare (I) in terms of wisdom. The supreme food of all kinds and treasures are not few, (along with) innumerable fabrics appear to Me from the air instantaneously. On land, always in the mountains, in the air, in the water, in the woods, whenever I stretch out my hand, the food of heaven appears to Me. On the mainland, —nt— I stretched out my hand and all the treasures appeared to Me. On the mainland, —nt— I stretched out my hand and all fragrant things appeared to Me. On the mainland, —nt— I stretched out my hand and all the boats appeared to Me. On land, —nt— I stretched out my hand and all the garlands appeared to Me. On land, —nt— I stretched out my hand and jewels appeared to Me. On the mainland, —nt— I stretched out my hand, and all the maidens appeared to Me. On land, —nt— I stretched out my hand, and honey and sugar appeared to Me. On the mainland, —nt— I stretch out my hand and all things are done to Me. In order to attain the noble dignity of Perfect Enlightenment, I (have) given precious gifts to the homeless, travelers, beggars, and pedestrians. I became the Buddha in the world, making the mountains scream, making the rock roar with a loud resounding sound, making the whole world laugh, including the gods. The ten directions in the cosmic world for the traveler are endless (there is no end). And in each of those directions (worlds), the realms of the Buddhas are (infinite) uncountable. (As a Wheel-turner) I have an aura known for (form) rays of light moving in pairs. The web of aura was already the great light that existed in the midst of ten thousand worlds. ' May all the people in the world see Me. May all be joyful in mind and all walk after Me. (May all follow Me to the dwelling place of the Brahma) .'[5] I have struck the Immortal drum with a sweet echo.[6] ' May everyone in the middle of the ten thousand worlds listen to the sweet sound . While the Dharma cloud is pouring rain, may all be free of filth .[7] Those beings who are inferior here, may they be Stream-winners .' After giving what is to be given, after perfecting the precepts without omission, after reaching the perfection of renunciation, I have attained the supreme state of Perfect Enlightenment. Having questioned the wise, having demonstrated supreme diligence, having reached the perfection of the dharma of patience, I have attained the supreme state of Perfect Enlightenment. Having practiced the decisive dharma steadily, having fully fulfilled the perfection of the true dharma, having reached the perfection of the dharma of loving-kindness, I have attained the supreme state of Perfect Enlightenment. . Having been equal in all cases with regard to gain and disinterest, with respect to happiness and suffering, with respect and disparagement, I have attained the supreme Perfection of Enlightenment. Having seen laziness as dangerous and even (seeing) diligence as safe, ye should have diligent effort; This is the teaching of the Buddhas. Having seen that contention is dangerous and non-disputed as safe, ye shall have unity, friendliness; This is the teaching of the Buddhas. Having seen that distraction is dangerous and non-distraction is safe, practice the Eightfold Path; This is the teaching of the Buddhas. All the Buddhas and Arahants have gathered. You should respectfully pay homage to the Fully Enlightened Buddhas and Arahants." Thus, the Buddhas are inconceivable. The Dharma of the Buddhas is inconceivable. For those who have faith in the inconceivable, the results for them are inconceivable. While expounding on his own Buddhahood, the Blessed One spoke thus of the essence of the Dhamma called Buddhāpadāniyaṃ . The Complete Enlightenment Buddha Chronicles are complete. –OoOoo– B.
