XXI. KAIKĀRAPUPPHIYA PRODUCTS
201. Chronicles of the Elder Kaṇikārapupphiya
2271. After seeing the kaṇikāra tree in full bloom, I then picked it down (the flower) and offered it to (the Buddha) Tissa, who had thus overcome the flood.
2272. (Since) I have offered flowers ninety-two kalpas ago, I no longer know suffering; this is the fruit of making offerings to the Buddha.
2273. Thirty-five kalpas ago, (I was) a famous person named Aruṇapāṇī, a Wheel-turning King who achieved seven kinds of treasures, with great power.
2274. Four analytical (wisdom) analysis, ―nt― I have practiced the Buddha's teaching.

202. Chronicles of the Elder Minelapupphiya
2275. The majestic World-Honored One Sikhī has a bright yellow skin color, has a hundred rays of light, has splendor, has a loving heart, has stepped on the walking path.
2276. With pure faith, with joy in mind, after paying homage to the one with supreme wisdom, I took the minela flower and offered it to the Buddha.
2277.(Since) I have offered flowers thirty-one lifetimes ago, I no longer know suffering; this is the fruit of making offerings to the Buddha.
2278. In the twenty-ninth (thirty-ninth) life, (I was) a person named Sumedhayasa, who was a Wheel-turning King, achieved seven kinds of treasures, with great power.
2279. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.

203. Chronicles of the Elder Kiṅkiṇikapupphiya
2280. The Omniscient One, the World Leader (brilliant) looks like a golden pillar. The World Leader waded into the cold lake and bathed.
2281. With an elated mind, with a joyful intention, I took the kiṅkiṇi flower and offered it to (the Buddha) Vipassassī, the Sovereign of mankind.
2263. (Since) I have offered the flower ninety-one kalpas ago, I no longer know suffering; this is the fruit of making offerings to the Buddha.
2283. In the (twenty-seventh) life, (I was) king Bhīmaratha, the Wheel-turning-King, accomplished seven kinds of treasures, having great power.
2284. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.

204. Chronicles of the Elder Taraṇiya
2285. The Blessed One Atthadassī, the Lord of mankind, the One who led the sravakas, went to the banks of the Gaṅgā river.
2286. The Gaṅgā River has overflowed to the edge, making it drinkable to crows, difficult to cross. I brought the Buddha, the Supreme Being of mankind, with the Order of Bhikkhus across the river.
2287. Since I have done that one thousand eight hundred kalpas ago, I no longer know the suffering; this is the fruit of giving to (river).
2288. In the past, one thousand three hundred kalpas, the five (with the same name) Sabbhogavā were the Wheel-turning Kings who achieved seven kinds of treasures, with great power.
2289. And in this last life, I was born into the Brahmin family. With three friends, I ordained in the Guru's Dharma.
xxxx. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberation, and six superior wisdom have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.

205. Chronicles of the Elder Nigguṇḍipupphiya
2290. I was the assistant at the monastery of the Blessed One Vipassī. I took the nigguṇḍi flower and offered it to the Buddha.
2291. (Since) I have offered flowers ninety-one kalpas ago, I no longer know suffering; this is the fruit of making offerings to the Buddha.
2292. Thirty-five kalpas ago, I was the sole ruler of the people named Mahāpatāpa, the King of Wheels of great power.
2293. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
The Venerable Elder Nigguṇḍipupphiya [5] said these verses like that.

206. Chronicles of the Elder Udakadāyaka
2294. After seeing a monk with a pure mind, not being disturbed, eating food, I took the water bottle and made an offering to (Buddha) Siddhattha.
2295. Now, I am no longer dirty, I am free from pollution, doubt has been ended. While being reborn in the realm of existence, good treasures arise (to me).
2296. Since I have made water offerings ninety-four kalpas ago, I no longer know suffering; this is the fruit of water offering.
2297. Sixty-one kalpas ago, I was the unique (named) Vimala, the Wheel-turning-King who attained seven kinds of treasures and possessed great power.
2298. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
The Venerable Thera Udakadāyaka [6] uttered these verses thus.

207. Chronicles of the Elder Salalamāliya
2299. (I have seen) the Servant Siddhattha sitting in the hills shining like a kaṇikāra tree , making all directions shine.
2300. Then, without hesitation I used the bow and raised the arrow. After I cut off the flower with the stem, I offered it to the Buddha.
2301. (Since) I have offered flowers ninety-four kalpas ago, I no longer know suffering; this is the fruit of making offerings to the Buddha.
2302. Fifty-one kalpas ago, I was the only (named) Jutindhara, the Wheel-turning-King, accomplished in the seven treasures, with great power.
2303. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
The Venerable thera Salalamāliya [7] said these verses thus.

208. Chronicles of the Elder Koraṇḍapupphiya
2304. While following in every step of the Great Hermit Vipassī, I saw the walking feet adorned with (His) wheel markings.
2305. After seeing the koraṇḍa in full bloom, I made an offering (the flower) at the footprints (Him). Becoming rejoicing, I bowed down to the supreme footprint with a rejoicing mind.
2306. (Since) I have offered flowers ninety-one kalpas ago, I no longer know suffering; this is the fruit of the offering of footprints (the Buddha).
2307. In the seventy-fifth life, I was the only Vītamala, the Wheel-turning-King, accomplished in the seven treasures, with great power.
2308. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
The Venerable Koraṇḍapupphiya [8] uttered these verses thus.

209. Chronicles of the Elder dhāradāyaka
2309. The base of the bowl was offered by me to a relative of the Sikhī world. I rule this entire earth with all its resources.
2310. My afflictions have been burned away, all existences have been erased. I maintain my last life in the Dharma of the Fully Enlightened One.
2311. Twenty-seven lives ago, four people (with the same name) Samanta-caraṇa were the Wheel-turning Kings with great power.
2312. Four (intellectual) analysis, eight liberation, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
The Venerable Elder Ādhāradāyaka [9] spoke these verses like that.

210. Chronicles of the Elder Vātātapanivāriya
2313. I have offered a parasol to the World-Honored One Tissa, such a God of gods, with a pure mind.
2314. My evil is stopped, there is the achievement of good. (Devas) hold a parasol in the air (cover me), this is the fruit of past karma.
2315. (This is) my last time in transmigration, all beings have been wiped away. I maintain my last life in the Dharma of the Fully Enlightened One.
2316. Ever since I had offered the parasol ninety-two kalpas ago, I no longer knew the suffering; this is the fruit of the offering of the umbrella.
2317. Previously, seventy-two lives, eight people rulers (with the same name) Mahānidāna were the Wheel-turning Kings.
2318. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
The Venerable Venerable Vātātapanivāriya [10] said these verses thus.

Summary
The kaṇikāra flower, the minela flower , the kiṅkiṇi flower , and with passing, the nigguṇḍi flower , the water offering, the salala flower , and the kuraṇḍaka flower , the base of the bowl, the parasol sunny; (total) there are forty-eight verses.

XXII. HATTHI PRODUCTS
211. Chronicles of the Elder Hatthidāyaka
2319. The first-class elephant with tusks as long as the frame of a chariot, solid, was offered by me to the Blessed One Siddhattha, the Lord of mankind like that.
2320. I enjoy the ultimate goal of unsurpassed peace. The noble offering was offered by me to the one seeking the benefit of all the world.
2321. Since I have offered the elephant ninety-four kalpas ago, I no longer know the suffering; this is the fruit of the elephant offering.
2322. In the seventy-eighth, sixteenth-century (same) Samantapāsādika, they were the Wheel-turning Kings with great power.
2323. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
The Venerable thera Hatthidāyaka [11] uttered these verses thus.

212. Chronicles of the Elder Panadhidāyaka
2324. I offered sandals to an old hermit who lived in the forest, had a long asceticism, had a developed inner self.
2325. White Lord of the human race, the Chief Elder of the world, the Human Niu, by doing so I enjoy all means of transportation; This is the fruit of past karma.
2326. Since I have done that work ninety-four kalpas ago, I no longer know the suffering scene; this is the fruit of the sandals.
2327. In the past seventy-seven lives, the eight kingslayers (with the same name) Suyana were the Wheel-turning Kings with great power.
2328. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
The Venerable thera Panadhidāyaka [12] uttered these verses thus.

213. Chronicles of the Elder Saccasaññaka
2329. At that time, while meeting with a crowd of people who had attained Nirvana, (the Buddha) Vessabhū, head of the Order of Bhikkhus, (was) preached on the Noble Truths.
2330. As an accomplished person of supreme compassion, I went to the meeting. Sit down, calm, I have listened to the Dharma of the Guru.
2331. After listening to His Dharma, I went to the world of the gods. I dwelt among the gods in that city for thirty kalpas.
2332. Ever since I attained that contemplation thirty-one kalpas ago, I have known no suffering; this is the fruit of contemplating the Truth.
2333. Twenty-six kalpas ago, I was the sole ruler of the people named Ekaphusita, the mighty King of Wheels.
2334. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
The Venerable Saccasaññaka [13] uttered these verses thus.

214. Chronicles of Elder Ekasaññaka
2335. After seeing the Guru's discarded cloth robe hanging from the treetop, I folded my hands and bowed down to the discarded cloth robe.
2336. Ever since I attained that contemplation thirty-one aeons ago, I have known no suffering; this is the fruit of making offerings to the Buddha.
2337. Twenty-five kalpas ago, I was the sole ruler of the people named Amitābha, the mighty King of Wheels.
2338. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
The Venerable Ekasaññaka [14] spoke these verses thus.

215. Chronicles of the Elder Raṃsisaññaka
2339. (I have seen the Buddha) is like the rising sun, like the sun with a white ray of light, like a majestic and noble tiger being born, (sitting) in the hills. .
2340. That power of the Buddha shines brightly in the hills. Having made my mind pure in the light, I was happy in the heavens for one kalpa.
2341. Because of that faith in my heart and also thanks to the remembrance of the Buddha, I have done good deeds in the remaining lives.
2342. Since I attained that contemplation thirty thousand aeons ago, I have known no suffering; this is the fruit of contemplating the Buddha.
2343. In the fifty-seventh life, I was the sole ruler of the people named Sujāta, the Wheel-turning King of great power.
2344. Four (intellectual) analysis, eight liberation, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
The Venerable Elder Raṃsisaññaka [15] said these verses thus.

216. Chronicles of Elder Saṇṭhita
2345. At the tree of Assattha which was developed, with green light, I attained pure contemplation towards the Buddha, mindful (complete).
2346. Since I have attained that contemplation thirty-one kalpas ago, by the influence of that contemplation, the cessation of the contraband has been attained by me.
2347. Thirteen kalpas ago, (I was) a Kingslayer named Dhaniṭṭha, who turned the Wheel of the Wheel, accomplished seven kinds of treasures, with great power.
2348. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
The Venerable Saṇṭhita [16] spoke these verses like that.

217. Chronicles of the Elder Tālavaṇṭadāyaka
2349. The palm leaf fan was offered by me to the relative of the sun Tissa for the purpose of quelling the heat and calming the irritation.
2350. I extinguished the fire of craving by myself and more especially the fire of anger. And I put out the flames of delusion; this is the fruit of the palm leaf fan.
2351. My afflictions have been burned, all existences have been erased. I maintain my last life in the Dharma of the Fully Enlightened One.
2352. Since I have done that work ninety-two kalpas ago, I no longer know suffering; this is the fruit of making offerings to the Buddha.
2353. Sixty-three kalpas ago, (I was) a person named Mahānāma, who was a Wheel-turning-King who achieved seven kinds of treasures, with great power.
2354. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
The Venerable Thera Tālavaṇṭadāyaka uttered these verses thus.

218. Chronicles of the Elder Akkantasannaka
2355. After taking the bad shawl, I went (to) the city of the priest. And I learned the spell that broke the arrow.
2356. I have seen the Buddha, the Immaculate One, the recipient of offerings. As the eminent, the noble, the supreme, the Buddha Tissa is the Supreme Being of the crowd.
2357. When the coarse shawl was spread out, the Supreme Being, the Great Hero, the Most High of the world, the Human Bull, while walking, stepped on (the cloak).
2358. After seeing the Light Lamp of that world, like the moon untainted, with a pure mind I bowed down at the feet of the Master.
2359. (Since) I have offered the bad shawl ninety-four kalpas ago, I no longer know suffering; this is the fruit of the bad shawl.
2360. Thirty-seven kalpas ago, I was the sole ruler of the people named Sunanda, the King of Wheels of great power.
2361. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
The Venerable Akkantasannaka said these verses thus.

219. Chronicles of the Elder Sappidāyaka
2362. Sitting in the noble place of the castle, respected by the women, I saw the ascetic was sick and invited him into the house.
2363. When the Great Hero, the God of the gods, the Man and the Bull had entered, I offered butter and cooking oil to the Great Hermit Siddhattha.
2364. After seeing that my fatigue had subsided, my face and senses were radiant, I bowed down at the feet of the Master and sang praises before Him.
2365. As the person who has reached the perfection of supernatural powers, after seeing that I have a good faith in my inner self, the Wisdom One flew up into the air like a king swan in the sky.
2366. Since I gave alms before 94 kalpas, I no longer know the suffering scene; this is the fruit of liquid butter and cooking oil.
2367. Seventeen kalpas ago, (I was) a person named Jutideva, who was a Wheel-turning-King, accomplished with seven kinds of treasures, with great power.
2368. Four (wisdom) analysis, ―nt― I have practiced the teachings of the Buddha.
The Venerable Sappidāyaka [17] uttered these verses thus.

220. Chronicles of the Elder Pāpanivāriya
2369. The walking path of the Blessed One Piyadassī was cleaned by me, covered with reeds, and prevented from wind and heat.
2370. I have endeavored in the Dharma of the Master for the purpose of avoiding evil, for the achievement of good deeds, for the abandonment of defilements.
2371. In the past 11 lives, (I was) a famous person named Aggideva, who is a Wheel-turning King who has achieved seven kinds of treasures and has great power.
2372. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
Venerable Venerable Pāpanivāriya [18] uttered these verses like that.

Summary
The (one who offers) the elephant, the sandals, the (the one who meditates on) the Truth, and the auras, (the one who thinks) has been stabilized, and the one who has the palm-leaf fan, the same is the contemplative taste. the idea that (the Buddha) has stepped forward, buttery, taste has a barrier to evil; (total) there are fifty-four verses.

XXIII. PRODUCT LAMBANADĀYAKA
221. Chronicles of the Elder lambanadāyaka
2373. The prop (back) was offered by me to the Blessed One, Atthadassī, the world's Chief Elder like that, the Lord of mankind like that.
2374. I govern the vast earth that includes the seas and I exercise dominion over the lives on earth.
2375. My afflictions have been burned away, all existences have been erased, the three wisdoms have been accomplished, the teachings of the Buddha have been practiced.
2376. Previously, sixty-two kalpas ago, the three slaying emperors (with the same name) Ekāpassita were the Wheel-turning Kings with great power.
2377. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
The Venerable Ālambanadāyaka [19] spoke these verses thus.

222. Chronicles of the Elder Ajinadāyaka
2378. Thirty-one lifetimes ago, I was the master of crowds. I have seen the Buddha, the Immaculate, the recipient of offerings.
2379. 2380. The animal skin was offered by me to a relative of the Sikhī world. Because of this work of the Lord of men, the Most High of the world, the Man-Taurus, I have enjoyed accomplishment, I have burned away my afflictions. I maintain my last life in the Dharma of the Fully Enlightened One.
2381. (Since) I have offered the goat skin thirty-one lifetimes ago, I no longer know the suffering; this is the fruit of the parchment.
2382. Previously, in the fifth life, I was King Sudāyaka, the Wheel-turning King, accomplished in the seven kinds of treasures, with great power.
2383. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
The Venerable Ajinadāyaka [20] spoke these verses thus.

223. Chronicles of the Elder Dvirataniya
2384. In the past, I was a wild animal hunter in the jungle. I have seen the Buddha, the Immaculate One, the recipient of offerings.
2385. I offered to the Great Hermit Vipassī a slice of meat. I am established as the lord of the world including the gods.
2386. Due to this offering of slices of meat, jewels were born to me. These two kinds of worldly treasures lead to the attainment of the present life.
2387. I enjoy all of these through the power of the offering of meat slices. My body is soft, my mind has subtle perception.
2388. (Since) I have offered a slice of meat ninety-one lifetimes ago, I no longer know the suffering scene; this is the fruit of offering a slice of meat.
2389. Previously, in my fourth life, I was the sole ruler of the people. His name was Mahārohita, a Wheel-turning King of great power.
2390. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
Venerable Venerable Dvirataniya [21] uttered these verses like that.

224. Chronicles of the Elder rakkhadāyaka
2391. I made a barrier to the Blessed One Siddhattha. And I have offered protection to the Sage, the Great Hermit.
2392. Due to the special nature of that karma, I do not see terror and fear. When I was born anywhere, my trembling was unknown.
2393. (Since) I made the barrier ring ninety-four kalpas ago, I no longer know the suffering; this is the fruit of the barrier ring.
2394. Previously, in the sixth life, (I was) a person named Apassena, a Wheel-turning King who achieved seven kinds of treasures, with great power.
2395. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
The Venerable Ārakkhadāyaka [22] spoke these verses thus.

2396. I have made offerings to the heating room to the Blessed One Vipassī, shelter and hot water tank for the sick.
2397. By doing so, my body was well formed, I no longer knew disease; this is the fruit of good karma.
2398. Since I've offered the house ninety-one kalpas ago, I no longer know the suffering; This is the fruit of the house heating.
2399. Previously, in the seventh life, I was a unique Aparājita, a Wheel-turner, accomplished in the seven kinds of treasures, of great majesty.
2400. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
Venerable Venerable Avyādhika [23] uttered these verses like that.

2401. Nārada is my name, (people) know me as Kassapa. I have seen Buddha Vipassī, the foremost among the recluses, revered by the gods.
2402. The Buddha has secondary appearances as the recipient of the offerings. I took the aṅkola flower and offered it to the Buddha.
2403. (Since) I have offered flowers ninety-one kalpas ago, I no longer know suffering; this is the fruit of making offerings to the Buddha.
2404. Seventy-four kalpas ago, (I was) a king-slayer named Romasa, adorned with pearls and garlands, with worthy army and means of transport.
2405. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberation, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
Venerable Venerable Aṅkolapupphiya [24] spoke these verses like that.

2406. While going out into the garden area, I saw the Leader of the World. I took the skillfully crafted gold crown.
2407. Riding on the back of the elephant, I quickly climbed down from there and offered it to Buddha Sikhī, the relative of the world.
2408. (Since) I have offered flowers thirty-one kalpas ago, I no longer know suffering; this is the fruit of making offerings to the Buddha.
2409. Before 27 kalpas, I was the sole ruler of the people named Mahāpatāpa, the King of Wheels with great power.
2410. Four (wisdom) analysis, ―nt― I have practiced the Buddha's teaching.
The Venerable Elder Sovaṇṇavaṭaṃsakiya [25] uttered these verses thus.

228. Chronicles of the Elder Miñjavaṭaṃsakiya
2411. When the World Protector Sikhī, the noble among those who were preaching, passed away, I made an offering to the Bodhi tree with wreaths of flowers arranged in various places.
2412. Since I have made offerings thirty-one kalpas ago, I have no longer known suffering; this is the fruit of making offerings to the Bodhi tree.

2558. I took the biḷālī tuber and made an offering to the recluse. The Great Hero, the Self-Controlling One, the one who is not defeated, spoke with joy, saying:
2559. “ You have offered biḷālī tubers to Me with a pure mind. While (you) are reborn in the realm of existence, treasures will arise for you .”
2560. (Since) I have offered biḷālī tubers ninety-four kalpas ago, I no longer know the suffering scene; this is the fruit of the biḷālī tuber .

2575. When the Great Hung, the God of the gods, the Man and the Bull had approached, I came out of my hiding place and paid homage to the Guru.

2658. Sixty-seven kalpas ago, the seven lords known as “Sunikkhama” were Wheel-turners of great power.

2667. There are taints that have been eradicated, anger have been eliminated, duties have been fulfilled, there are no taints left, and the Undefeatable Self-Deities have spread with loving-kindness.
2668. After serving the self-enlightened people, I was able to meditate, but I was close to death. And we have come to the deities.
2669. (Since) I have kept the precepts before ninety-four kalpas, I no longer know the suffering scene; this is the fruit of self-control.

2683. At that place, I folded my hands and bowed down to the pyre. At that time, I took the white umbrella and offered it.

294. Chronicles of Elder Saddasaññaka
2687. Before the sun had risen, there was a fierce roar (signaling) the arrival of the supreme Buddha, the Great Hermit, in the world.
2688. In that place, I heard the sound, but I did not see the Conqueror. And as death drew near, I recalled thinking about the Buddha.
2689. Since I attained that contemplation ninety-four kalpas ago, I no longer know suffering; this is the fruit of contemplating the Buddha.
2690. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.
Venerable Venerable Saddasaññaka [88] uttered these verses like that.

295. Chronicles of the Elder Gosīsanikkhepaka
2691. After leaving the monastery's gate, I lined the cow's skull (on the muddy road). I enjoy my karma; This is the fruit of past karma.
2692. (I have) thoroughbred Sindhu horses with wind speed, fast means of travel, I enjoy all of these(s); this is the fruit of (spreading) the skull of a cow.
2693. Oh the good deed done by me in the good field. Something else is not worth one part (sixteenth) of the action done in the Congregation.
2694. (Since) I have spread the bones of cows' skulls ninety-four kalpas ago, I no longer know suffering; this is the fruit of the lining.
2695. (Formerly) seventy-five kalpas, I was a person named Suppatiṭṭhita, the only one with great authority, the Wheel-turning-King of great power.
2696. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberations, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.

2697. At that time, I was a falcon in the Himalayas. I have seen the Buddha, the Immaculate, who is like the sun with its golden rays.
2698. When the Buddha Vipassī the World Leader approached me, then I sprinkled incense and even fragrant grass on his feet.
2699. (Since) I have offered that foot ninety-one kalpas ago, I no longer know suffering; this is the fruit of making offerings at the feet.

2701. 2702. At that time, I was a Brahmin named Upasāḷhaka. After seeing the World's Most High, the Human Bull, going deep into the jungle, I bowed down to the recipient of the world's offerings on both feet. Knowing that I had a pure mind, the Buddha disappeared.
2703. After leaving the jungle, I remembered the supreme Buddha. After praising that area, I was happy in heaven for a lifetime.
2704. (Since) I have extolled that area ninety-two kalpas ago, I no longer know suffering; this is the fruit of praise.
2705. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberation, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.

2708. (Since) I went to refuge ninety-one kalpas ago, I no longer know the suffering scene; this is the fruit of going to refuge.
2709. Four (wisdom) analysis, eight liberation, and six winning positions have been (I) attained; I have been practicing the teachings of the Buddha.

2715. (Since) I have praised (the Buddha) ninety-one kalpas ago, I no longer know the suffering; this is the fruit of praise (the Buddha).
